BY AIRPLANE

The island has a regular connection to Athens. Performed daily throughout the year and the journey takes 1 hour. BY BUS

and ship (ferry-boat) There is daily bus service from the bus station, Kifissos 100 Athens, to the ports of Patras, Kyllini and Astakos. From these three ports there is a direct response by ferry to Kefalonia. The Athens-Kefalonia via Patra trip takes nine hours by Kyllinis 7 hours and 30 minutes via Astakos 7 hours and 45 minutes.
